Dr. Dennis McKenna is an ethnopharmacologist and author. He has authored numerous scientific books and articles. Dr. McKenna is a senior research scientist for the Natural Health Products Research Group at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. His research has included the botany, pharmacology, and chemistry of ayahuasca and oo-koo-hé. He has also conducted extensive fieldwork in the Peruvian, Colombian, and Brazilian Amazon.
Terence McKenna (1946 –2000) was a writer, philosopher, psychonaut and ethnobotanist. He was noted for his knowledge of the use of psychedelic, plant-based entheogens, and subjects ranging from shamanism to the theoretical origins of human consciousness. Terence was open to the idea of psychedelics as being "trans-dimensional travel"; literally, enabling an individual to encounter what could be aliens, ancestors, or spirits of earth.  
Dr. Rick Strassman is a medical doctor specializing in psychiatry. He has practiced in California, Washington State and New Mexico. He has authored over thirty peer-reviewed articles and two extremely popular books. These are DMT: The Spirit Molecule and Inner Paths to Outer Space. He is also involved in the film The Spirit Molecule, based on his book. Currently, Dr. Strassman serves as a Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine.
Alex Grey specializes in spiritual and psychedelic art. Grey is a Vajrayana practitioner and is a member of the Integral Institute. He is also on the board of advisors for the Center for Cognitive Liberty and Ethics, and is the Chair of Wisdom University's Sacred Art Department. He and his wife Allyson Grey are the co-founders of the Chapel of Sacred Mirrors, a non-profit institution supporting Visionary Culture in New York City.

Timothy Freke is a British author, spiritualist and lecturer who has written over thirty books, including seven books with Peter Gandy. These not only focus on spirituality, but Gnosticism and world mysticism. The most famous of these is the top 10 best seller in the UK and USA, The Jesus Mysteries: Was the "Original Jesus" a Pagan God?. His newest work with Peter is The Gospel of the Second Coming. He has been featured on the History Channel and on the BBC World Service and BBC Radio.

Peter Gandy is a London based scholar and author. He holds an M.A. in classical civilization. He has written seven books with Timothy Freke, including Jesus Mysteries: Was the "Original Jesus" a Pagan God?.  Their book deals with the idea that Jesus as a mythical creature. He has researched and written about world Mysticism, classical civilization, mystery religions, Gnosticism and philosophy.  

Daniel Pinchbeck is a New York based author and psychedelic advocate. He believes in the use of psychedelic substances such as ayahuasca, LSD, and Psilocybin mushrooms, among others, to enrich, both the psychological and spiritual self through the often profound psychedelic experience. His written works include Breaking Open the Head, 2012: The Return of Quetzalcoatl and Toward 2012: Perspectives on the Next Age. He is also the creator of the internet-based magazine Reality Sandwich.

Clark Heinrich is a California based author and ethno-botanist who specializes in comparative religion and the use of psychedelics in religion, namely the amanita muscaria mushroom. He has also studied extensively with masters of yoga philosophy and Western mysticism. His works include Magic Mushrooms in Religion and Alchemy, Strange Fruit: Alchemy, Religion and Magical Foods and Apples of Apollo: Pagan and Christian Mysteries of the Eucharist.

Mike Crowley is a Buddhist scholar. His research has uncovered links between the Amanita muscaria mushroom and Buddhism. In addition to speaking several languages (Sanskrit, Latin, French, German, Tibetan and Welsh.), Mike is a published author, software engineer, ethnomycologist, graphic artist, musician, composer, teacher and web designer. John Major Jenkins is an independent researcher who has devoted himself to reconstructing ancient Mayan cosmology and philosophy. He is the author of many works, most notably Maya Cosmogenesis 2012, Galactic Alignment: The Transformation of Consciousness According to Mayan, Egyptian, and Vedic Traditions, and his newest work Pyramid of Fire. He has also appeared on the Discovery Channel series “Places of Mystery” and in the documentary film 2012: Science or Superstition?.

Moughenda Mickala is a tenth generation shaman of the Missoko Bwiti sect from southern Gabon. Bwiti, originating among the forest Pygmies, is a traditional African spiritual practice whose essence is ancestor worship and direct connection to God. Moughenda was initiated into the Bwiti as a young teenager, having first experienced Iboga at the age of eight.

Rocky Caravelli is the primary facilitator and founder of Awakening in the Dream house, a ground-breaking treatment and rehabilitation center nearPuerto Vallarta, Mexico. There, they use ibogaine, a psychedelic alkaloid of the iboga plant in their treatment. He has been working with Ibogaine for several years, successfully treating addicts from all over the world.
